Palatable Pho
This is perhaps the most famous Vietnamese dish, now known all over the world. It’s a flavorful rice noodle soup typically made with beef or chicken at times, and a broth infused with spices like star anise, clove, and cinnamon.
Our regular size Pho bowl is grand, a generous serving that promises to satisfy even the heartiest of appetites. With the exception of the Short Ribs Pho, we also offer a serving of smaller size called the “Classic Bowl” for dine-in for all other Pho varieties. This option is perfect for those occasions when your appetite is a little less voracious or for those who simply want to enjoy the delicious flavors of Pho without the large portion. For take-out, only regular size is available.
Scrumptious Spring Rolls
Known as “chả giò” in Southern Vietnam or “nem rán” in the North, spring rolls are a delicious and popular appetizer. The ingredients, including pork, chicken, and shrimp are combined, encased in spring roll pastry paper, and then fried until golden and crispy. These spring rolls are often enjoyed wrapped in lettuce leaves with fresh herbs like mint and cilantro, adding a refreshing contrast to the crispy rolls. And of course, they are yummy just on their own.

Pad Thai – a dish of Thai origin being offered at our restaurant by popular request – highlights our willingness to explore beyond traditional boundaries. This blend of Vietnamese and Thai cuisine is an exciting way to experience a beloved dish from a different cultural perspective.
